VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are very important to mission and operation of the Christian Family Baptist Church Community Food Distribution. Food distribution volunteers are needed to help unload, sort, and stock shelves, check product expiration dates, load groceries into clients’ vehicles, and perform cleanup details. Complete
the form if you are interested in serving those in need by volunteering to assist in Christian Family Baptist Church Community Food Distribution.
Guidelines for volunteering:
- Ages 15 and older acceptable.
- Complete the application process.
- Attend orientation and training.
- Be scheduled in advance of a food distribution. Volunteer "drop-in" not accepted due to safety precautions.
- Available shifts: Saturday mornings from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM or Thursday evenings from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please note that you are responsible for keeping track of your hours. If you have any paperwork requiring a signature, you must bring it with you when you volunteer. We do encourage you to continue your volunteer service beyond the shift hours listed.
