A commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ has brought unity and genuine love into the Johnson's home. Sound simple? In the beginning we found this to be very challenging. It took a lot of patience and gentleness—turning off the television took over a month. However, we maintained our commitment to God and achieved victory over the distractions in our home. Daily prayers in the mornings and weekly Bible studies have helped us to communicate more effectively. Our family now cherish the time we spend together with the Lord.
